3. All our items come with either their original receipt or an individual third party authentication (via entrupy - same system as the pawn shops in Auckland are using)

4. All sales are final, all our items are pre-loved, so we unfortunately cannot provide a return or refund once the item is sold (unless it is proven to be counterfeit) .  Please choose carefully

5. All items we sell are pre-loved - so there will be signs of usage.  Condition of the items are described in as much detail as possible.  Any issues with any individual items are captured in the photos and/or mentioned in the item description.  If on rare occasions the condition isn’t shown clearly enough, please ask for more details and photos before purchasing.  All sales are final, no exchange or refund will be provided

6. We cannot hold onto any items by request, which means items are available on a strictly first come first served basis.
