Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our items being pre-loved (secondhand), all sales are final and we are unable to offer a return, exchange or refund ( unless proven to be counterfeit ). Please choose carefully. If there are any areas that would require further photographs please contact us prior to purchasing, we would love to assist. In the end we hope every customer know what they are getting and that the item is exactly what they are expecting.
Do You Have a Physical Shop?

If you are in Auckland and would like to inspect the item before purchasing, please feel free to arrange a viewing with one of our sales professionals. Lay-By
We can accept a $200 non refundable down payment and then the remaining balance in 14 week's time. Please contact or email us for a bank account number for Lay-bys.
Buy Now Pay Later
Our BNPL is with Genoapay. In general they allow a credit of $1000 - $1500 over a period of 10 weeks. You may wish to check out more details on their website https://www.genoapay.com. We charge a 5% handling fee for all Genoapay purchases. Genoapay purchases are processed manually, simply let us know if you would like to use Genoapay and we will set it up for you. Please contact us via email to arrange.
Consignment
Yes we do consignments - please contact us via email for more details
Payment
We currently accept bank transfers or cash on pick up. Although we would love to provide credit card payment option just like what we were doing before, we unfortunately have stopped accepting that as a valid means of payment due to the increasing number of credit card frauds. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
