The removable pouch originally belongs to another Louis Vuitton Neverfull bag, the previous owner has matched them together to make a set.  They are both authentic Louis Vuitton.  No leather strap attached with the pouch. 
Signs of usage throughout.  One of the side straps has split apart, the other side strap seems to have glues applied on.  The edge dye on the removable pouch has mostly come off.  Those are captured in the photos.  Inside is neat and clean.
